We take part in the international seminar “Culture for the Eastern Partnership”, which will take place in March 8-10, 2013 in Lublin. Seminar will be devoted to the development of the meaningful benchmarks for the Congress culture of Eastern Europe, scheduled for October 1-3, 2013, and the search for a new formula for the festival, representing the culture of the East and the West.
